Our Process
Scope of Works
We will begin by meeting with the client to establish their needs.
During this meeting, we will complete a comprehensive scope of works checklist to ensure that we have all the necessary information to prepare an accurate quotation. This process will allow us to provide the client with a detailed breakdown of the work required and associated costs.
Quotation
On the second meeting, we will provide a detailed quotation with 3D designs, which will allow you to visualise your new space before we begin the project. This will give you an idea of how your new space will look & feel and will help you decide on whether to make any necessary changes.
Project Management
Upon commencement of the project, a fully experienced project manager will be assigned to oversee the project from beginning to end. This will ensure that any changes or concerns that may arise during the project, will be handled promptly and efficiently. The project managerial serves a sole point of contact for the client, simplifying communication and streamlining the process.
Quality Check
Upon finishing the project, a final quality check will be conducted by one of our directors to ensure that all aspects of the project meet the highest standards. This is to guarantee complete satisfaction of our clients. Only after this quality check will we proceed with the final payment.
